管系主任工程師

崗位職責：
1. 承擔FPSO項目（主船體部分和模塊部分）的投標支持，Pre FEED設計，FEED設計以及詳細設計
2. 負責指導和審查FPSO船體部分和上部模塊部分的管路布置及設備布置
3. 負責指導和審查管道應力計算并編制報告
4. 負責管路專業相關設備的設計及選型，與供應商的溝通交流、技術協議的簽訂、技術評標及供應商圖紙認可
5. 參與3D模型評審、從設計層面對3D的設計提供意見建議
6. 負責本專業內技術先進性、船級社及行業規范的應用及研究

任職要求：
1. 管道及等相關專業
2. 15年及以上海工行業管路前端、基本、詳細設計工作經驗，3到5個實際海工項目管路詳細設計經驗。有FPSO項目工程設計工作經驗優先考慮
3. 1-2個真實EPC FPSO項目管路詳細設計主管經驗者優先考慮
4. 熟悉船舶海工行業規范標準，熟悉API、ASME等國際設計參考標準
5. 注冊或高級工程師職稱加分項
6. 熟練使用Auto CAD，MS office，AVEMA Marin, SP3D技能優先考慮
7. 良好的中英文溝通能力（聽說讀寫），可直接與客戶進行英文工作溝通交流


Responsibility:
1. Responsible for technical support for bid, pre-FEED, FEED, detail engineering of FPSO projects (including Hull part and topside modules)
2. Responsible for guiding and reviewing Hull & topside piping and equipment layout design
3. Responsible for guiding and reviewing piping stress analysis and issue calculation report
4. Responsible for piping equipment type selection, interface with equipment supplier, technical agreement sign, technical bid evaluation and approval for the drawing/documentation which issued from vendor side
5. Attendance for 3D model review, commented from technical side
6. Responsible for research and development the application of technical advancement, classification society and industry norms of the profession

Qualification:
1. Major in Piping Engineering or other piping relevant field
2. 15+ years Marine & offshore industries piping FEED, Basic, detail design engineering working experiences, 3-5 real marine & offshore project piping detail design engineering experiences. FPSO related engineering working experience and site working experience is preferable
3. 1-2 real EPC FPSO project detail design engineering experience is more preferable
4. Familiar with Marine industry standards, rules of classification societies, API, ASME and other international design reference standards
5. Registered or Senior Engineer Certificate adds value points
6. Proficient in using Auto CAD, MS office, AVEMA Marine, SP3D etc. software
7. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)，be capable of communicating with client directly for project works
